Team Sure Win is a Drug Free Workplace

Our company aims to safeguard the integrity and a personal well-being of its employees from the harmful effects of dangerous drugs by reducing the hazards to health and work safety created by drug abuse. It likewise defends its employees and workers against all acts or omissions due to dangerous drugs that are detrimental to their development and preservation. The company explicitly prohibits the following:

  • The use, possession, solicitation for, sell, administer, dispense, deliver, give away to another, distribute, dispatch in transit or transport any dangerous drugs (e.g., marijuana or indian hemp, ecstacy, shabu/ice or meth, opium and opium poppy)
  • The possession or have under his/her control any equipment, instrument, apparatus, and other paraphernalia fit or intended for smoking, consuming, administering, injecting, ingesting, or introducing any dangerous drugs into the body within company premises/ project sites or while performing an assignment, or away from the company premises, if such activity or involvement adversely affects the employee’s work performance, the safety of the employees or of others, or puts a risk the company’s reputation;
  • Under the influence of dangerous drugs away from the company, if such impairment of influence adversely affects the employee’s work performance, the safety of the employee or its co-workers, or puts at risk the company’s reputation whether intentional or unintentional.

DRUG TESTING PROGRAMS:

  1. For all Employees of Team Sure Win, and Team Sure Win Group of Companies:
    • Random Testing
    • For-Cause Testing – presence of an unusual conduct / behavior
    • Post-accident testing
  2. For Applicants for Employment / Re-employment
  3. For Employees and Workers of existing Sub-Contractors

DRUG-FREE ACTIVITIES:

  • Team Sure Win will conduct drug testing to any or all of its workplaces or project sites either simultaneously or successively. The drug testing shall also be made on a “REGULAR BASIS” even in the absence of prior notice to its employees or Sub-Contractors employees / workers;
  • Sports events and other similar activities (annually, semi-annually or quarterly) shall be implemented to promote good health and wellness.
