Our ultimate goal is to have our customers enjoy working with us so much that we are their first choice on their next uniforms order. We make sure that we’re there for you even after the sale is made.
These uniforms are custom made, and therefore we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if a defect is discovered (that is contrary to the client’s mock up design and order specifications) within 3 days from receipt of your shipment, we will replace the uniform free of charge. These instances are extremely rare because our customer care team stays in touch with you each step of the way from the time you place your order by providing you prompt order detail confirmation, package tracking details, and an invoice all sent to your email without any hassle. If it should happen – the defect needs to be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order. Pictures of the defective item/s will be required for verification purposes. If the defect is minor please call Team Sure Win and we will readily discuss how the problem can be addressed.
